Explore the Miniature Oil Painting Collection
In my works, I reflect my memories by combining them with nature and dreams. I try to express on the canvas in different styles, vivid colors of life, peace, happiness and the energy that flows into me. I aim to share the joy of the plain beauties that surround us by my painting. It may be sometimes a flower on a roadside, a leaf falling into the water, the magical blue of the sky, or an everyday object.
Each painting is an original work and since I do not paint same work again, every one of them is a unique work.
All frames are my design. I also prepare all the wooden frames by myself starting from buying the woods, cutting and then coloring it. For anyone who buys the painting, I will prepare a new frame fit to the painting and send it to you together with the painting.
Nature & Life Series
To draw each oil painting, I only use 5 colors: white, blue, yellow, red and green. Various colors that appear on the painting is all made out from the combination of these 5 colors. Although you may find each miniature oil painting small, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to finish each of them. Wet on dry technique is used to create each painting. This is a technique where you draw a painting and then you wait until it dries, and you repeat this process to make many layers to create a depth in the color.
Memories Life Series
Wet on wet technique is used to create each painting. This is a technique where you apply a new layer of oil paint, on top of a still-wet layer rather than waiting for a layer to dry before applying the next.
